To continue improving the Remo+ app and our services, we’re updating our cloud storage subscription plans. This article explains what’s changing, important dates, and what you’ll need to do if you want to select a different plan.

If you’d like to choose a different plan, you’ll have from November 10 to December 10, 2025, to make updates in the app before automatic changes begin.

Key Dates

• November 10, 2025: The new, improved Remo+ app will be released. This begins a 30-day window for you to update your app and manually choose a new plan if you wish.
• December 10, 2025: The new subscription plans take effect. If you have not updated your current subscription by this date, you will be automatically moved (and billed) to the corresponding new plan.  

New Subscription Plan Options (Effective December 10, 2025)

Our updated plans are designed to offer a clear range of features and storage options.

New Free Plan

• Price: Free
• Event History: 12 hours of rolling storage

New Standard Plan

• Price: $4.50/month or $45/year (per camera)
• Event History: 14 days of rolling storage
• Features:
  • Invite users to view your live feed
  • Do-Not-Disturb schedule

New Enhanced Plan

• Price: $6/month or $60/year
• Event History: 60 days of rolling storage
• Features:
  • Invite users to view your live feed
  • Do-Not-Disturb schedule
  • Multi-Device Support (manage multiple cameras on one subscription)

What happens to Your Current Plan

If you are a Current Free User:

• The Old Plan: 3 days of rolling storage.
• What Will Happen: On December 10, 2025, your subscription will automatically transition to the New Free Plan, and your storage will be updated to 12 hours.
• Your Options:
  • Accept the automatic change
  • Upgrade to the New Standard or New Enhanced plan

If you are a Current Standard Subscriber:

• The Old Plan: 30 days of storage for $3/month or $30/year.
• What Will Happen: On your first billing cycle on or after December 10, 2025, your subscription will automatically transition to the New Standard Plan. Your storage will be updated to 14 days, and the price will be adjusted to $4.50/month or $45/year.
• Your Options:
  • Upgrade to the New Enhanced Plan or
  • Downgrade to the New Free Plan

If you are a Current Enhanced Subscriber:

• The Old Plan: 90 days of storage for $44.95/year.
• What Will Happen: On your first billing cycle on or after December 10, 2025, your subscription will automatically transition to the New Enhanced Plan. Your storage will be updated to 60 days, and the price will be adjusted to $6/month or $60/year.
• Your Options:
  • Downgrade to the New Standard Plan or the New Free Plan.
